Full Aluminium Swing Gates – Kiltale, Meath

Our team installed full aluminium double swing gates in Kiltale, Meath. We used the KER gate model, with both aluminium leaves finished in RAL 6021. The aluminium gates feature solid boards arranged vertically across the two leaves, with a curved upper profile along the top.

We automated both leaves with a SEA 24-volt underground system. The operators are positioned below ground and power the opening and closing of the motorised gate. We also fitted photocells on both the inside and outside of the entrance for safety, providing detection on each side of the gates during operation.

For access control, we installed a video intercom with a combined keypad and supplied remote controls. The video intercom provides communication from the entrance, while the keypad allows gate access using a code. These functions are combined in the same unit, with the remote controls offering a separate way to operate the gates. The video intercom can be connected to an app on the user’s phone so calls from the entrance can be received through the mobile device. Our completed gate installation combines full aluminium KER gates in RAL 6021, underground automation, internal and external photocells, and the video intercom, keypad, mobile connectivity and remotes.
