Full Aluminium Automatic Sliding Gate, Meath
We installed a full aluminium automatic sliding gate for a property in Navan, Co. Meath. Aluminium was used throughout the gate, placing the project within our work with aluminium gates and confirming it as the specified choice within the gate materials for this entrance. The sliding configuration allows the gate to move horizontally across the entrance during opening and closing.
Our team automated the gate using a Mercury 800 SEA Motor. As a motorised gate, the system provides the powered movement required to open and close the aluminium sliding gate. The completed electric gate setup also includes two sets of photocells and reverse-on-obstacle functionality as the confirmed safety features of the automated system.
The photocells form part of the safety configuration around the gate opening, while the reverse-on-obstacle function provides the confirmed response when an obstacle is encountered during operation. This is one of our gate installations combining full aluminium construction, a sliding configuration, Mercury 800 SEA Motor automation, two sets of photocells and reverse-on-obstacle functionality in Navan, Co. Meath.
