Full Aluminium Sliding Gate, Summerhill, Meath

Our team completed a full aluminium sliding gate installation in Summerhill, Meath. Aluminium was the confirmed construction material throughout, placing the project within our work with aluminium gates. It was also the specified choice within the gate materials used for this entrance. The completed system uses a sliding configuration with the gate, and automation was brought together as one installation.

We automated the sliding gate using a SEA Mercury 800 kg 24-volt motor. As a motorised gate, the system incorporates the confirmed built-in safety equipment and two sets of photocells. The 800 kg figure refers to the motor specification rather than the actual weight of the gate. The photocells form part of the automated safety arrangement alongside the built-in safety equipment.

For entrance communication, we installed a video intercom with app control. The video intercom supports communication at the entrance, while the app provides the confirmed method of controlling the system. This is one of our gate installations combining a full aluminium sliding gate, SEA Mercury automation, built-in safety equipment, two sets of photocells and a video intercom with app control.
