Manual Cantilever Steel Sliding Gate – Wicklow

We completed this manual cantilever sliding gate project in Wicklow, manufacturing the gate in-house and carrying out all groundworks with our own team. The gate is constructed from steel and provides a clear opening of 9 metres. Our work brought together the manufacture of the gate and the groundworks for the installation, with manual operation forming part of the completed specification.

We manufactured the steel gate in a cantilever configuration, with a galvanised finish and powder coating in RAL 9005. Both finishes were included in the specification for this project. The finished gate combines the confirmed steel construction, cantilever format and 9-metre clear opening in a manually operated installation. In-house manufacture covered the gate itself, while our team also completed the work required at ground level.

The groundworks formed part of our delivery alongside the manufacture of the gate. For this Wicklow project, our scope therefore covered both the gate and its groundworks, bringing these elements together within the same team’s work. This example of our gate installations documents a manual cantilever gate with a defined opening width, steel construction and the specified galvanised and powder-coated finish.
