SEA Sprint Automatic Hydraulic Barrier, Dundalk, Louth

We installed a SEA Sprint automatic hydraulic barrier in Dundalk, Louth. The project centred on a motorised barrier system with integrated access-control and exit functions. Within the different gate types used for controlled vehicle entrances, hydraulic boom gates provide a dedicated barrier configuration, with this installation using the confirmed SEA Sprint system.

We fitted the barrier with two keypads for keypad-based operation. Both keypads form part of the confirmed access-control arrangement. We also configured a GSM dial-to-open function as another method of operating the barrier alongside the two installed keypads.

A BEA EVO loop was included for the confirmed safety and free-exit functions. The loop forms part of the completed barrier system together with the keypad access and GSM dial-to-open control.

The finished Dundalk project combines the SEA Sprint automatic hydraulic barrier, two keypads, GSM dial-to-open operation and a BEA EVO loop configured for safety and free exit.
