Traditional Style Automatic Steel Sliding Gate with Panels
We installed a traditional-style automatic steel sliding gate with composite panels at a property in Trim, Co. Meath. The traditional design represents one of the gate styles used across our completed projects. The gate was manufactured with a galvanised and powder-coated steel frame, placing it within our steel gate work. Composite infill panels were fitted within the frame, bringing together two confirmed gate materials within the completed sliding configuration.
We automated the gate using a SEA Mercury 800 24-volt motor. As a motorised gate, the system provides powered opening and closing through the confirmed sliding mechanism. We also installed two sets of photocells as the specified safety equipment for the automated system.
For access control, we fitted a combined GSM intercom and keypad. The intercom can call up to five telephone numbers, while the dial-to-open function allows approved telephone numbers to activate the gate by calling the GSM unit. The completed work adds to our gate installations in Trim, combining a traditional steel sliding gate, composite infill panels, SEA Mercury automation, two sets of photocells, and the confirmed GSM intercom and keypad functions.
